How to post in batches

Batch posting lets you upload dozens of posts at once and distribute them across the schedule automatically. It saves the hours you'd otherwise spend setting up each post by hand.

Step 1: create a template

A template is a set of settings that are applied automatically to all new posts.

  1. Tap Settings in the bottom menu or send the /settings command.
  2. Tap New template.
  3. Set up the post formatting:
    • Buttons that link to a website or other channels
    • A signature — it's added to the end of every post
    • A watermark to protect your copyright
  4. Once the formatting is set, choose the publishing options:
    • Silent mode — subscribers won't get a notification
    • Auto-delete after a set time
    • Pinning the post in the channel
    • Protecting the post from copying and forwarding

For advanced users:

  • Auto-replacement: specify which part of the text should be replaced in each post

  • Automatic rewriting of each post with ChatGPT

    5. Tap Schedule and set the times for posts created with this template.

    6. Tap Save and give the template a name.

Use informative template names: "Morning News", "Evening Memes", "Weekend Ads". That way you'll quickly find the one you need if you have many templates.

Step 2: upload posts in a batch via the template

Once the template is ready, you can fill the content plan weeks in advance. There are two ways: the standard one — you confirm the scheduling of each batch of posts — and Turbo mode — no confirmation, you just forward the posts and everything else happens automatically.

Standard mode:

  1. Create post → choose the template.
  2. Send the bot several posts at once — text, photos, videos in any order.
  3. Tap PostponeDistribute by schedule.

Turbo mode:

  1. Create post → choose the template.
  2. Turn on Turbo mode.
  3. Forward your draft posts to the bot.

That's it! All the posts have received the settings from the template and are queued for publishing.

In Turbo mode, you can turn on the Random order feature — posts are scheduled not in the order you sent them, but at random.

Example

Imagine you run a cooking channel and want to upload 20 posts for the week.

  1. Create a "My Daily Recipes" template with a schedule of 10:00, 15:00, 18:00.
  2. Turn on template posting → Turbo mode and send all 20 recipes in a row.

The posts are distributed across the schedule. Now your channel runs automatically, and you free up time to create new content.
