Terms of Service

Posto is a Telegram bot that helps users prepare, schedule, and publish posts in their own channels and groups. The Service provides only technical tools to automate posting; it is not a publishing platform.

All posts and materials created with Posto belong to the users who make them. Posto does not own, control, or endorse this content. Responsibility for the legality and consequences of any content rests entirely with the user.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country, e.g. 18 in most jurisdictions or 21 in some) and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Service is not directed to persons under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13; if we become aware we have, we will delete it.

Posto provides technical tools to schedule, manage, and automate posts in Telegram channels and groups. Features and functionality may change or be updated at our discretion.

• You are solely responsible for any content you create, schedule, or publish via the Service.
• The Service does not proactively monitor or moderate user content, except where required by law.
• By using the Service, you agree to:
• Comply with applicable laws, Telegram's Terms and policies, and these Terms.
• Accept full liability for the content you publish.
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service, or circumvent Telegram/API limits.
• Be responsible for any consequences of your use of the Service, including third-party claims (see Section 17 on Indemnification).

You may not use the Service to publish or facilitate:

• terrorism,
• child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child pornography,
• human trafficking or exploitation,
• drug trafficking or illegal substances,
• sale or promotion of weapons,
• harassment, doxxing, or invasion of privacy,
• copyright-infringing materials,
• spam or deceptive/misleading advertising.

Violation may result in suspension or termination (see Section 12). Misuse of the Service for illegal purposes is solely your responsibility.

You agree not to exceed or circumvent Telegram/API rate limits, automate behavior prohibited by Telegram, or interfere with other users or Telegram systems.

We may throttle, queue, or block requests to protect platform integrity.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree not to:

• access or use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or Telegram's policies;
• resell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise provide the Service to third parties without our permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems;
• abuse free trials, promotions, or limits to obtain unfair advantage;
• interfere with the Service's operation, including excessive automated requests or denial-of-service behavior.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

You retain ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, cache, transmit, and display your content solely to operate the Service and comply with law or takedown notices.

All rights in the Service (software, branding, design) belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or create derivative works of the Service.

• A subscription applies per Telegram channel or group; each connected channel/group requires an active subscription.
• Subscription tiers may offer different limits or features; add-ons may be available.
• Users must manually top up balance or purchase subscriptions.
• The internal balance is a virtual accounting record within the Service. It is not a bank account, deposit, prepaid card, or electronic money. Funds cannot earn interest, be withdrawn, or transferred outside the Service, and may only be used to pay for Service features.
• Pricing is shown at purchase time and at https://t.me/PostoRobot?start=pricing.
• We may change pricing, tiers, or features for new purchases.

A free trial is available to evaluate the Service. All payments are final and non-refundable, including for unused time or suspensions due to violations.

Refunds may be granted only for duplicate charges or proven billing errors.

By activating a paid subscription and starting to use the Service, you waive any statutory right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.

If you believe content published via the Service infringes your rights or violates applicable law, submit a complaint via @posto_support_bot.

Include:

• a link to the original message in Telegram,
• a screenshot of the publication, and
• a clear explanation of the alleged violation.

For copyright complaints, also provide:

• your contact details,
• identification of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material (links/message IDs),
• a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized, and
• your signature or equivalent.

Important limitation: Due to Telegram's technical constraints and permissions required from administrators, Posto cannot guarantee removal or alteration of content. For material that cannot be removed via the Service, please use Telegram's built-in reporting tools.

We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers. Misuse of this process may result in liability.

Nothing in this Section obligates Posto to investigate every report, monitor user activity, or take action on all complaints.

We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or to protect the Service, Telegram, or platform users.

If terminated for violations, no refunds are issued (see Section 10).

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains in detail what data we process, how we use it, and your rights.

By using the Service, you agree to that processing.

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Outages may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or failures of Telegram or third-party providers.

We are not liable for resulting losses.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

(a) Free users — aggregate liability shall not exceed USD 1, except where such limitation is not permitted.

(b) Paid users — aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amounts you paid in the three (3) months preceding the event.

(c) Carve-outs — nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death/personal injury by negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded under law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Posto, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• content you create, upload, or publish via the Service;
• your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights;
• misuse of the Service under your account or by someone using your credentials.

This obligation continues after termination of your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under your local law.

• Informal resolution. Before arbitration, a party must send written notice and allow 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.
• Arbitration. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under SIAC Rules, seat Singapore, language English. The award may be enforced under the New York Convention.
• No class actions. You and we waive any right to class, collective, or representative proceedings.
• Small-claims option. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.
• Consumer carve-out. If mandatory law grants non-waivable rights, this clause applies only to the extent permitted.

We may update these Terms. The current version is available in the Service. Material changes will be highlighted in-bot; continued use after the effective date means acceptance. We may request re-consent for significant changes.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet or platform outages, or failures of Telegram or third parties.

We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, without prior notice.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

Language. These Terms are drafted in English and may be translated for convenience. In case of inconsistency, the English version prevails.
