Terms of Service

Posto is a Telegram bot that helps users prepare, schedule, and publish posts in their own channels and groups. The Service provides only technical tools to automate posting; it is not a publishing platform.

Posto does not claim ownership of, control, endorse, sponsor, approve, or accept responsibility for user content. Responsibility for the legality and consequences of any content rests entirely with the user.

You may use the Service only if you are at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Persons under 18 may not use the Service.

Posto provides technical tools to schedule, manage, and automate posts in Telegram channels and groups. Features and functionality may change or be updated at our discretion.

• You are solely responsible for any content you create, schedule, or publish via the Service.
• By using the Service, you agree to:
  • Comply with applicable laws, Telegram's Terms and policies, and these Terms.
  • Be responsible for any consequences of your use of the Service, including third-party claims (see Section 18 on Indemnification).

You may not use the Service to publish or facilitate:

• terrorism,
• child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child pornography,
• human trafficking or exploitation,
• drug trafficking or illegal substances,
• sale or promotion of weapons,
• harassment, doxxing, or invasion of privacy,
• copyright-infringing materials,
• spam or deceptive/misleading advertising.

Violation may result in suspension or termination (see Section 13). Misuse of the Service for illegal purposes is solely your responsibility.

You agree not to overload or disrupt the Service or Telegram systems, or interfere with other users' access.

We may throttle, queue, or block requests to protect platform integrity.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, review, or moderate user content. We may use automated tools, manual review, or both for these purposes, including to enforce these Terms; prevent, detect, or investigate abuse, fraud, security threats, or other misuse; maintain the security and proper operation of the Service; respond to complaints or reports; and comply with applicable law or valid legal process.

If we reasonably believe that user content violates these Terms or applicable law, or that action is necessary to protect the Service, Telegram, or users, we may refuse or restrict the processing or publication of that content, remove it from the Service where technically feasible, and take any action permitted under Section 13. These Terms do not require us to monitor all user content or review every complaint or report. Any obligations imposed by applicable law remain unaffected.

In addition, you agree not to:

• resell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise provide the Service to third parties without our permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems;
• abuse free trials, promotions, or limits to obtain unfair advantage;
• access or use the Service through userbots, scripts, AI agents, or other automated tools. Automated access is allowed only through an API or integration expressly provided or approved by us;
• scrape or reverse engineer the Service;
• use the Service to study, copy, reproduce, or help develop a competing product or service;
• create or use another account to bypass a restriction or termination;
• bypass Telegram/API rate limits, usage limits, or technical restrictions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

As between you and Posto, you retain all rights that you lawfully hold in content uploaded, created, scheduled, or published through the Service.

You are solely responsible for that content and represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to use and publish it.

Posto does not claim ownership of, endorse, sponsor, approve, or accept responsibility for user content.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, cache, transmit, and display your content solely to operate the Service and comply with law or takedown notices.

All rights in the Service and “Posto Materials” belong to us or our licensors. Posto Materials include the Posto name, logos, mascot, software, interface, visual identity, designs, illustrations, graphics, and other images and materials created by or for Posto and published through the bot, the posto.bot website, or official Posto channels. They do not include user content described in Section 7.

You may repost official Posto publications using the platform’s sharing features and use Posto Materials where reasonably necessary to identify, review, explain, or promote Posto. Such use must be accurate, must identify Posto as the source, must not imply endorsement or affiliation, and must not materially alter the materials.

Without our prior written permission, you may not use Posto Materials as decoration or as elements of your own posts, designs, layouts, templates, channels, websites, products, or services; create derivative works from them; or distribute them as reusable or standalone assets. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you. Permission may be requested via @posto_support_bot.

• We may offer a trial period at our discretion and may refuse trial access to any user. After any trial period, or immediately if no trial is offered, you may choose an available paid subscription or the free plan for each connected channel or group.
• We determine the free plan's terms and limits and may change them at any time without prior notice. Paid subscription tiers may offer different limits or features; add-ons may be available.
• You must manually top up Paid Balance or purchase subscriptions.
• "Paid Balance" means the internal Service balance obtained through payments made by you, including payments in Telegram Stars.
• Paid Balance does not expire, cannot earn interest, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and may be used only for eligible Service features. It is not a bank account, deposit, prepaid card, electronic money, or other payment instrument.
• If access is suspended or terminated for a violation, unused Paid Balance is not refunded, except where required by applicable law or Telegram's applicable payment rules.
• Pricing is shown at purchase time and at https://t.me/posto/billing.
• We may change pricing, tiers, or features for new purchases.

We may make the referral program available to selected users. Participation in the referral program is governed by the Referral Program Terms, which form part of these Terms.

By using a referral link or otherwise participating in the referral program, you agree to the Referral Program Terms. Referral credits are added to a separate "Referral Balance." Referral Balance is separate from Paid Balance and is governed exclusively by the Referral Program Terms.

Referral Balance has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money.

If these Terms conflict with the Referral Program Terms, the Referral Program Terms apply only to matters relating to the referral program.

Except where required by applicable law or Telegram's applicable payment rules, all payments are final and non-refundable, including unused subscription time, unused Paid Balance, and termination for violations.

Apart from refunds required by applicable law or Telegram's applicable payment rules, refunds are provided only for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or verified failure to deliver the purchased service.

If you believe content published via the Service infringes your rights or violates applicable law, submit a complaint via @posto_support_bot.

Include:

• a link to the original message in Telegram,
• a screenshot of the publication, and
• a clear explanation of the alleged violation.

For copyright complaints, also provide:

• your contact details,
• identification of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material (links/message IDs),
• a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized, and
• your signature or equivalent.

Important limitation: Due to Telegram's technical constraints and permissions required from administrators, we cannot guarantee removal or alteration of content. For material that cannot be removed via the Service, please use Telegram's built-in reporting tools.

We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers. Misuse of this process may result in liability.

Nothing in this Section requires us to investigate every report, monitor user activity, or take action on every complaint.

We may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access without prior notice if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated or that action is necessary to protect the Service, Telegram, or users.

We are not required to disclose our evidence or explain the decision, except where required by applicable law.

We may also restrict other accounts that we reasonably believe are controlled by, connected with, or acting on behalf of the same person.

If access is terminated for violations, no refunds are issued, except where required under Section 11.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains in detail what data we process, how we use it, and your rights.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Outages may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or failures of Telegram or third-party providers.

If a paid subscription is unavailable solely due to a failure of the Service, we will extend the affected channel's or group's subscription by one day for each complete 24-hour period of continuous unavailability. This does not apply to planned maintenance, failures of Telegram or third-party services, user-caused issues, suspension under these Terms, or force majeure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Posto is not liable for losses resulting from interruptions, outages, delays, restrictions, or failures caused by Telegram or other third-party services. Any liability relating to Service availability is subject to Section 17.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

(a) Posto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including loss of profits, data, revenue, or opportunity.

(b) For free users, aggregate liability shall not exceed USD 1.

(c) For claims relating to a channel or group on a paid subscription, Posto's aggregate liability shall not exceed one month's subscription fee for the affected channel or group.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Posto, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• content you create, upload, or publish via the Service;
• your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights;
• misuse of the Service under your account or by someone using your credentials.

This obligation continues after termination of your use of the Service.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change.

Updated Terms take effect on the date stated in the document. Any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet or platform outages, or failures of Telegram or third parties.

We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, without prior notice.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

Language. These Terms are drafted in English and may be translated for convenience. In case of inconsistency, the English version prevails.
