Referral Program Terms

We may make the referral program available to selected users by providing them with personal referral links. We are not required to make the referral program available to every user.

A user who receives a referral link is a "Referrer." A new user linked to a Referrer under these Referral Terms is a "Referred User."

Only new users may become Referred Users. A user becomes a Referred User only if they access and start the bot for the first time through a valid referral link.

A user who is already registered in the Service's database cannot become a Referred User, even if they later open or activate a referral link.

Each Referred User may be linked to only one Referrer. Referral attribution cannot be added, transferred, or changed retroactively. The Service's records determine whether a user started the bot through a referral link and which Referrer, if any, the user is linked to.

Referral credits are calculated only on payments actually made by a Referred User and successfully received by the Service.

Activations, renewals, or purchases funded with promotional credits, bonus credits, referral credits, free offers, or other non-cash benefits do not generate referral credits.

If a purchase is paid partly with money and partly with credits or other non-cash benefits, referral credits are calculated only on the amount actually paid in money.

No referral credits are awarded on refunded, reversed, disputed, charged-back, fraudulent, or incorrectly processed payments. Credits arising from such payments may be withheld or reversed.

The use of referral credits does not generate additional referral credits.

The Referrer receives referral credits calculated as a percentage of eligible payments made by a Referred User. The applicable percentage is determined by the referral program conditions in effect when the Referred User is linked to the Referrer.

Referral credits are normally awarded for twelve (12) months after a Referred User is linked to the Referrer. A different period may apply if it is stated in the referral program conditions in effect at that time.

Each referral credit is subject to a holding period of twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date it is credited.

During the holding period, the credit remains pending and cannot be used for any purchases within the Service. It becomes available only after the holding period expires and only if the related payment and referral remain eligible under these Referral Terms.

Available referral credits are added to a separate internal referral balance (the "Referral Balance").

The Referral Balance may be used only to:

• renew posting subscriptions; and
• purchase additional quotas that the Service marks as eligible.

Referral credits cannot be used to purchase AI quotas.

The Referral Balance has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another user, exchanged for money, or used outside the Service.

No referral credits are awarded for a payment relating to a Telegram channel or group if the Referrer and the Referred User currently administer that channel or group or administered it together at any time in the past.

If the Referrer and the Referred User become administrators of the same channel or group during the referral crediting period, all referral credits arising from payments relating to that channel or group become ineligible. This applies to credits generated both before and after the shared administration began.

Referral credits cannot be used to pay for subscriptions or additional quotas for a channel or group that the Referrer and the Referred User currently administer or have administered together in the past.

Temporarily adding or removing administrators, making a payment before adding or after removing an administrator, or using any other arrangement intended to obtain referral credits or avoid these restrictions is prohibited.

We may change the referral credit percentage and other referral program conditions at any time without prior notice.

Changes to crediting conditions apply to users linked through referral links after the changes take effect. For Referred Users linked before that time, the credit percentage, eligible payment rules, and crediting period in effect when they were linked will continue to apply.

Current referral program conditions will be made available within the Service.

You must not use the referral program to refer another account owned, controlled, or used by you.

Payments made through such accounts do not qualify for referral credits. We may also withhold or reverse credits obtained through fraud, manipulation, circumvention, technical abuse, or other violations of these Referral Terms.

If an ineligible credit has already been used, we may deduct the corresponding amount from the current Referral Balance or withhold future referral credits until that amount has been recovered.

Repeated violations or fraudulent attempts to obtain referral credits may result in:

• disabling your referral link;
• terminating your participation in the referral program; and
• cancelling your entire Referral Balance without compensation.
