How do I create a post with a button?
  1. Send the bot the /newpost command or tap Create post in the menu.
  2. Send the bot the post content.
  3. In the post editor, go to ButtonsURL buttons.
  4. Send the bot the button name and link, following the example the bot shows.

Why is there no watermark button?
  1. The watermark is not applied to ad posts (when the Ad post button is turned on).
  2. The watermark is not applied to videos larger than 20 MB.
  3. You may not have sent the bot a media file yet. Tap the paperclip icon, choose your media, and send it to the bot.

Why aren't my buttons showing? Where did the buttons go?

If a message contains several photos or videos, buttons can't be added — that's a Telegram limitation.

In that case, you can build the post out of two messages. Put the album in the first one, and the text with buttons in the second. To do this:

  1. Send the bot an album.
  2. In the post editor, tap + message.
  3. Send the bot the text and add buttons to it.
  4. Publish or schedule the post.

How do I copy a post to other channels with the same text and buttons but different signatures?
  1. Send the bot the text you want to copy to other channels.
  2. Go to ButtonsURL buttons and add the buttons you need to the post.
  3. Go to Signature and enter the signature text for the main channel.
  4. Tap Multi-posting and select the additional channels.
  5. The bot automatically copies the text, buttons, and signature from the main channel to all the additional ones. To set individual options, tap MoreEdit for other channels.
  6. You'll land in the publishing settings for the second channel. To change its signature, tap Signature and enter the one you want.
  7. Switching between channels in the navigation menu, set a separate signature for each.
  8. Tap Back to main channel, then publish or schedule the post.

How do I add comments under a post through the bot?
  1. First, link a discussion group to the channel. To do this, open the channel settings, tap Discussion, and choose a group from the list or create a new one.
  2. Then make the bot an admin of this group. Open the group settings, tap AdministratorsAdd, and enter the bot's username.
  3. Send the bot your content. The post will go out with comments enabled.
  4. If you want a custom comment button, go to ButtonsLeave a Comment.
  5. A "Leave a Comment" button now appears under the post. If you'd like, it can show different text. To do this, in the Buttons section tap Edit, choose this button, and send the bot its new name. Save your changes.

How do I turn off comments on a single post without disabling them in the channel?
  1. To enable comments in the channel, make the bot an admin of the discussion group linked to the channel. To do this, open the group settings, tap AdministratorsAdd, and enter the bot's username.
  2. To turn off comments on a single post, send the bot your content and tap Disable comments.

  3. Set how long to keep the post pinned.
  4. Publish or schedule the post.

You can also pin a post directly in the channel where it's published. To do this, select the post and choose Pin from the menu that opens.

How do I unpin a post?

If the post is already published, open the channel, select the post, and choose Unpin from the menu that opens.

If the post is scheduled:

  1. Open the post editor via Edit post or Content plan.
  2. Tap Pin, then choose Don't pin, and save your changes.

How do I enable comments only on specific posts?
  1. First, link a discussion group to the channel. To do this, open the channel settings, tap Discussion, and choose a group from the list or create a new one.
  2. Then make the bot an admin of this group. Open the group settings, tap AdministratorsAdd, and enter the bot's username.
  3. Send the bot your content and, in the post editor, tap Disable comments.
  4. If you want your next posts to be published automatically with comments off, tap Save formatting and settings after publishing this post.
  5. To enable comments on a single post, uncheck the Disable comments button in the post editor.
  6. To add a dedicated Leave a Comment button under a single post, uncheck the Disable comments button in the post editor, then tap ButtonsLeave a Comment.

Why is the comment button added to all posts, and how do I remove it?

If a discussion group is linked to your channel, a link to comments automatically appears under every post.

To turn off commenting:

  1. Send the bot your content and, in the post editor, tap Disable comments.
  2. If you want your next posts to be published automatically with comments off, tap Save formatting and settings after publishing this post.

How do I turn off comments on ad posts?
  1. To create an ad post, tap Ad post in the bottom menu or send the /ad command, then send the bot your content.
  2. Tap Disable comments. The button will show a notice that they're off.

Below the post's publication notice, you'll see a Save ad settings button. Tap it, and your next ad posts will also go out with comments off.
