How do I set up a schedule for a channel?

Set up the channel's schedule ahead of time in its settings.

  1. Tap Settings in the bottom menu or send the /settings command.
  2. The bot shows a list of connected channels and groups. Choose the one you want to set up a schedule for.
  3. Tap Schedule.
  4. Choose the schedule format — daily, or by day of the week.
  5. Send a list of time slots.

The schedule is set. Now, when you create a post, the bot shows the nearest slots. Tap a slot to schedule the post for that time.

What timezone does the bot use? How do I change it?

Send the /settings command or tap Settings in the bottom menu. You'll see which timezone the bot is set to. To change it, tap Timezone, then Change timezone.

How do I remove unwanted slots from the saved times?

The bot remembers the times you schedule posts for, and then, when you tap Postpone, it suggests the nearest slots around that time of day. If the saved times are no longer relevant:

  1. When the slot table appears, tap More slotsSlots.
  2. Remove an unwanted time by tapping that slot.
  3. Tap Save.

How do I create a recurring (looped) post?
  1. Send the /newpost command in the bot or tap Create post in the bottom menu.
  2. Choose a channel.
  3. Send the bot the content of the recurring post.
  4. Tap Auto-repeat.
  5. Set the repeat interval and the length of the cycle, following the bot's prompt.
  6. Confirm publication.

How do I set up a post to be copied to other channels on different schedules?
  1. Send the bot the content you want to copy to other channels.
  2. Tap Multi-posting and select the additional channels.
  3. Tap MoreEdit for other channels. The publishing options for the second channel open.
  4. Tap Set a different time and choose a slot for publishing in the second channel.
  5. Switching between channels in the navigation menu, choose a slot from each channel's own schedule.
  6. Tap Back to main channelPostpone and choose a slot for publishing in the main channel.
  7. Confirm publication.

How to schedule a post to multiple channels at different times

Can I set up a scenario for a channel so all new posts there go to the schedule first?
  1. Create a template for the channel and set up a schedule in it.
  2. Tap Create post and choose the template.
  3. Turn on the Turbo mode checkbox.
  4. Forward a batch of posts to the bot.

That's it. The bot immediately sends all the posts to the schedule, following the schedule you set.

My post goes out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Can I publish it using the auto-repeat feature?

You can set this post to auto-repeat three times with a one-week interval, and it will go out every Monday, every Wednesday, and every Friday.

  1. Send the bot the content of the recurring post.
  2. Tap Auto-repeat.
  3. Set the repeat interval:

7d — every 7 days, indefinitely

7d 365d — every 7 days for a year

4. Tap Postpone and schedule the first publication for Monday.

5. Then schedule this post for every Wednesday and Friday in the same way.

How do I set up a monthly auto-repeat that publishes to multiple channels?
  1. Send the bot the content of the recurring post.
  2. Tap Multi-posting and select the additional channels.
  3. Return to the main channel and tap Auto-repeat.
  4. Set up the auto-repeat:

30d (if you want the post to repeat every 30 days, indefinitely)

30d 365d

(if you want the post to repeat every 30 days for a year)

Then tap Postpone and set the time for the first publication.

If you want the post to repeat on a specific day each month, tap Postpone and enter several dates:

How do I change the auto-repeat cycle for all scheduled posts?
  1. Open any repetition of the post via Edit post or Content plan.
  2. Tap Change timeSet new time.
  3. Set the new time for the next publication.
  4. Set the new repeat interval, following the instructions in the bot.
  5. Save your changes.
