Editing, importing, and deleting

1. Send the bot the content you want to copy to other channels.
2. Go to Buttons → URL buttons and add the button for the main channel to the post.
3. Tap Multi-posting and select the additional channels.
4. Tap More → Edit for other channels.
5. You'll land in the publishing settings for the second channel. Tap Buttons → Edit, choose the button, and send the bot a new link for it. Save your changes.
6. Switch to the next channel and change its button link in the same way.
7. Tap Back to main channel, then publish or schedule the post.

How to post to multiple channels with different signatures and buttons

First, create a schedule. To do this:

1. Tap Settings in the bottom menu or send the /settings command.
2. From the list of connected channels, choose the one you want to create a schedule for.
3. Tap Schedule and send the bot a list of time slots.

To post a batch on a schedule:

1. In the channel you set up the schedule for, open the post editor via Create post.
2. Go to the channel where your draft posts are stored, copy them by tapping each one, and forward them to the bot.
3. Tap Postpone → Distribute by schedule.

That's it. The bot has scheduled the batch of posts across the nearest schedule slots.

How to post in batches

Set up a template with auto-replacements. From then on, forward posts through it.

1. Tap Settings in the bottom menu or send the /settings command.
2. Choose New template and specify the channel to publish to.
3. Tap Auto-replace text.
4. Tap Create rule, then write one or more rules. Save the template.

To replace a signature, send the bot two lines:

Replacement text

To remove a signature or other fragments of text, send the bot one line:

Text to remove

1. Open the post editor via Edit post or Content plan.
2. The bot offers to change various options. Choose the link.
3. Send the bot the new link in place of the old one.
4. Save your changes.
5. To update this link in other posts as well, go to Bulk replacements, check Replace link, and confirm the operation.

1. Send the /settings command in the bot or tap Settings in the bottom menu.
2. Choose the channel you no longer need from the list of connected ones.
3. Tap Delete channel and confirm the deletion.

1. Open any repetition of the post via Edit post or Content plan.
2. Edit the post.
3. Save your changes. They'll be applied to all repetitions.

Make sure the person has activated @posto.

If not, they need to open @Posto and tap Start.

1. In the bot menu, tap Settings, then Editors.
2. Tap Access to specific channels.
3. Tap New section and send a name for it.
4. Tap Select channels, then choose the channel you want to assign the editor to.
5. Tap Save.
6. Tap New editor.
7. Tap Select users and pick the person from your contacts.

Every editor you add automatically gets permission to:

• create, edit, and delete posts
• manage posting

To change their permissions, tap Return to editors list, then tap the team member's username and set what they can do. Save your changes.

Create a template for each of the new channels, and set up the Auto-replace feature in each one.

To create a template:

1. Tap Settings in the bottom menu or send the /settings command.
2. Tap New template.
3. Specify the channel you're setting up the template for.
4. Tap Auto-replace text.
5. Tap Create rule, then write one or more rules, and save the template. To replace a signature, send the bot two lines:

To move posts to a new channel:

1. Open the template you created.
2. Go to the channel where the posts are stored, copy one or more posts, and forward them to the bot.
3. Tap Publish, Postpone, or Schedule (if you set a schedule in the template).

When you create a scheduler bot, it appears in the list of created bots in the @posto_robot bot builder. At the same time, it appears in the list of bots you've created in @BotFather.

So if you no longer need the bot, you can delete it in two ways.

Through the @posto_robot bot builder

To do this:

1. Open @posto_robot, then tap My bots in the bottom menu or send the /mybots command.
2. Choose the bot you no longer need from the list.
3. Tap Delete.

Through the main @BotFather bot

1. Open @BotFather and send the /mybots command there.
2. Choose the bot you no longer need from the list of bots you've created.
3. You'll be offered various options: change the bot's settings, regenerate its token, and so on. Choose Delete Bot.

❗️ Keep in mind that in both cases, deleting the bot is irreversible. The content plan, templates, and default settings will be lost for good, and the buttons in posts published through the bot will stop working after a while.

To delete a project:

1. Open the My projects section in your bot.
2. Tap Manage → Delete project.
3. Choose the project you want to delete from the list.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Important: Deleting a project will permanently erase its content plan, templates, and default settings. The buttons in posts published through the bot will stop working after a while.

💡 If you delete all the projects in the bot, a new one is created automatically. The bot can't be left without a project, since that's its workspace.
