How to edit a post copied to other channels with different signatures and buttons

Imagine you copied a post to 10 channels and then found a typo. Each channel has its own signature, so a full post update won't do — it would overwrite the signature.

To edit the text precisely, use the bulk-replacement feature:

  1. Open the post editor via the Edit post section or Content plan.
  2. Make your edits to the text and save them.
  3. The bot recognizes that the text was updated and shows the Bulk replacements button. Tap it.
  4. Check the Replace text button.

If you need to update only scheduled or only published posts, open the filter and set the value you need.

5. Tap Apply.

The bot will find all posts with the old version of the text and replace it with the new one.

Published posts are updated gradually, so as not to exceed Telegram's limits. You can track the progress with the /editlog command.
